1.Never give up:

5.Do something important:
โIf something is important enough you should try even if the probable outcome is a failure.โ
6.Focus on signal over the noise:
โFocus on signal over noiseโฆare these efforts that people are undergoing resulting in a better product or service? If theyโre not, stop those efforts.โ
7.Look for problem solvers:
โWhen interviewing somebody to work in a company, ask them โtell me about the problems you worked on and how did you solve themโ and if someone was really the person who solved the problems theyโd be able to answer at multiple levels and if they werenโt theyโd get stuck.โ
8.Attract great people:
โAll a company is is a group of people that create a problem or service and so dependent on how talented or hard-working that group is and the degree to which they are focused cohesively in a good direction that will determine the success of a company.โ
9.Have a great product:
โYouโre always going to buy the trusted brand unless thereโs a big difference. A lot of times an entrepreneur will come up with something that is just slightly better, and it canโt just be slightly better, itโs got to be a lot better.โ
10.Work super hard:
โIf you do the simple math, if somebody else is working 50 hours and you are working 100, youโll get twice as much done in the course of a year as the other company.โ
